Best place I’ve ever been to. Trust me we are good fanatics. Don’t be fooled by the name of this place. I was originally not going here, but by chance I ended up here. Funny story as well we got pulled over right here so the officer can take a pic of our car. We got hungry so we came in here. Start coming here more often!

If you’re craving excellent Chinese food in Las Vegas, Spring by China Mama is absolutely worth a visit. The restaurant has a calm, modern atmosphere, and even the tableware feels elegant—everything is beautifully presented from the moment you sit down. We came for their signature Peking Duck, along with several other dishes, and every plate exceeded expectations. ⸻ 🦆 Peking Duck The star of the meal. The aroma alone makes you hungry the moment it arrives. • The skin is perfectly crispy without being overly oily, • The meat is tender, juicy, and flavorful, • Paired with cucumber, scallions, and sweet bean sauce, each wrap is simply delicious. The steamed pancakes were soft, warm, and just the right thickness—easy to wrap and wonderfully chewy. We ended up making wrap after wrap because the balance of flavors was so satisfying. ⸻ 🍚 Duck Fried Rice Made from the remaining duck meat, this fried rice was a standout. The rice is fluffy and not greasy, with a rich duck aroma throughout. It’s the perfect finishing dish—and honestly something I would order on its own next time. ⸻ 🔥 Spicy Fish Fillet (Shui Zhu Yu) A bold and flavorful Sichuan-style dish. Despite the fiery red broth, the heat is balanced with deep aromatics and savory richness. The fish is soft and delicate, absorbing the flavors beautifully. ⸻ 🌶 Mapo Tofu A classic done right. The peppercorn aroma and numbing heat are present but not overpowering, and the tofu is silky with a hearty, spicy sauce. Perfect with rice. ⸻ 🥗 Dry-Fried Green Beans Crispy on the outside yet tender inside, with garlic and chili flavors that make this dish incredibly addictive. A great side that balances the meal. ⸻ 🎉 Overall Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The Peking Duck was easily one of the best we’ve had in Las Vegas—crispy, juicy, and beautifully served. Combined with the elegant plating and generous portions, Spring by China Mama is a spot we’d gladly return to. Highly recommended for groups, family dinners, or anyone looking for an elevated Chinese dining experience in Vegas.
