Went to Shang artisan noodle with Steve and Ana from YouTube channel Steve fine dining, The food was absolutely amazing. Definitely some of the best food in Las Vegas the best knife cut noodles I’ve ever had, what a gem. Too bad a lot of tourists don’t know about this place.👍🏼

Very friendly stop and the more important is they know what they are doing.

Must visit. Their hand pulled noodles are a perfect chewy texture, and they come out SO FAST. Attentive service from the staff. Big windows so you can see the noodles being made. We’ve been coming since their old location and it’s great to see them continue to grow.
