Please read these Terms carefully. They apply to your access to and use of WassupVegas.com and related WassupVegas services. Additional terms may apply to a particular paid product, promotion, booking link, business service or third-party transaction.
1. About WassupVegas
WassupVegas is operated by Aaron Gagni from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. WassupVegas is a Las Vegas discovery, editorial and business-listing service. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, WassupVegas is not the owner or operator of the hotels, restaurants, casinos, attractions, ticket sellers, merchants, events or other third-party businesses described or linked on the site. The complete business mailing address will be added to these Terms before commercial launch of paid services.
2. Acceptance and electronic agreements
By using the site, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent applicable to your use. When an account-registration, checkout, claim, submission or other action expressly tells you that selecting a button constitutes agreement to these Terms, selecting that button is your affirmative acceptance of the agreement presented with that action.
You consent to receive service-related notices electronically where permitted by law. Marketing communications are governed separately and can be opted out of as described in the message or applicable privacy controls.
3. Eligibility and age-sensitive content
Accounts and business-owner tools are intended for people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. WassupVegas is not directed to children under 13. Some Vegas content concerns casinos, gambling, alcohol, nightlife or venues restricted to adults. Describing such businesses is informational and does not waive or replace the age, identification, location or other requirements imposed by law or by the venue.
WassupVegas does not operate a gambling service and does not accept wagers through the editorial or directory service.
4. Accuracy, changing information and travel decisions
Vegas changes quickly. Hours, prices, menus, fees, schedules, age restrictions, dress codes, availability, event details, offers and business status may change without notice. We work to improve accuracy but do not guarantee that every listing or guide is complete, current or error-free. For time-sensitive or safety-critical decisions, confirm the information with the official provider before travelling, purchasing or relying on it.
Maps, distance estimates, AI summaries, review summaries and recommendations are aids, not guarantees. You remain responsible for your own travel, purchase, safety and venue decisions.
5. Accounts and security
You must provide materially accurate information, protect your login credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person or business, create deceptive accounts, evade a suspension, scrape private account areas, probe security controls or use the service to distribute malware, spam or unlawful material.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, businesses or third parties, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms.
6. Business listings and claims
A listing may exist before a business owner creates an account. Claiming a listing does not transfer ownership of the underlying factual directory record, WassupVegas design, aggregated review data or third-party material. A claimant must be the business owner or an authorized representative and may be asked for reasonable verification.
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information they submit. Paid placement, premium listing status or advertising does not entitle a business to a fabricated rating, undisclosed favorable editorial review or suppression of legitimate criticism.
7. Reviews, ratings and testimonials
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be fake, purchased, AI-fabricated, copied from another person, or submitted through undisclosed conflicts of interest. Businesses and marketers may not use WassupVegas to buy positive reviews, condition an incentive on positive sentiment, threaten reviewers over honest opinions, or misrepresent company-controlled opinions as independent consumer reviews.
If you have a material connection to a business you discuss—including employment, ownership, family relationship, free products/services or compensation—you must disclose that connection where it could affect how a reasonable reader evaluates your statement.
8. User content
You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. By submitting content for publication, you grant WassupVegas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute and technically adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and improve the service, subject to applicable privacy law. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant that license.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, privacy-invasive, exploitative, sexually abusive, or that exposes another person's sensitive information without lawful authority. Nonconsensual intimate imagery, including qualifying AI-generated or manipulated intimate imagery, is prohibited.
9. Reporting illegal, infringing or harmful content
To report allegedly illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, impersonation, privacy violations, nonconsensual intimate imagery or another serious content issue, use our Report Content / Contact channel and identify the exact URL, the material at issue, why you believe it is unlawful or violates these Terms, and reliable contact information where appropriate.
We may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate a report. Where applicable law requires a particular notice-and-action procedure, acknowledgement, decision explanation, appeal route or removal deadline, we will apply that requirement. Reports involving nonconsensual intimate imagery receive priority handling.
10. Moderation
We may review, restrict, remove, demote or refuse content that we reasonably believe violates law, these Terms, platform integrity or the rights and safety of others. We may use automated tools to assist detection or prioritization, but material moderation decisions may be reviewed by a person where appropriate or required. When applicable law requires a statement of reasons or appeal mechanism, we will provide it.
11. Advertising, sponsorship and affiliate links
WassupVegas may earn money from advertising, sponsorships, premium business services and affiliate or commissionable links. Commercial relationships are disclosed in accordance with our Editorial, Affiliate & AI Standards and applicable advertising law. Sponsored content is labelled as advertising or sponsored content close to the material; where applicable, the advertiser or sponsor and a different person who paid for the placement are identified.
Affiliate or commissionable links are disclosed in plain language, including an Ad / Affiliate disclosure where appropriate and a paid-link indicator for individually identified commissionable links. Payment does not entitle a business to an undisclosed ranking advantage, fabricated review or favorable editorial verdict. A merchant or affiliate network may use its own tracking, terms, pricing, refund rules and privacy practices.
A link to a third-party merchant is not a promise that an offer will remain available or that the merchant will accept, refund or fulfill a transaction.
12. AI-assisted content and synthetic media
WassupVegas may use AI tools to assist with drafting, research organization, summaries, moderation or other workflows. We retain editorial responsibility for published WassupVegas editorial content and do not authorize AI to fabricate consumer reviews, ratings or firsthand experiences. Materially synthetic media is disclosed where required by law or necessary to avoid misleading users.
13. Third-party services
The site may link to or integrate maps, social-login providers, payment processors, ticket sellers, booking services, affiliate merchants, video platforms and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. WassupVegas is not responsible for a third party's acts, omissions, inventory, fulfillment, security or content except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Intellectual property
Except for user content and third-party material, WassupVegas and its licensors own the site's original branding, design, software, editorial presentation and other protected material. You may use ordinary links to public pages and make lawful quotations. You may not copy, republish, scrape at scale, resell, frame or commercially exploit protected WassupVegas material except with permission or where law expressly permits it.
Trademarks, logos and business names belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in a directory or editorial context does not imply ownership by WassupVegas.
Copyright complaints
If you believe user-submitted or linked material infringes copyright, use our content/legal report channel and identify the copyrighted work, the exact URL and material at issue, your contact information, the basis for your claim and any other information required by applicable law. If WassupVegas designates a U.S. DMCA agent, the agent's current statutory contact information will be published on the site and maintained with the U.S. Copyright Office.
15. Purchases, recurring services and refunds
If WassupVegas sells a paid listing, advertising package, merchandise or another service directly, the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method and any applicable refund terms presented at checkout or in the applicable order terms form part of the agreement. A recurring or automatically renewing service will not be charged unless the applicable enrollment flow presents the material recurring-payment terms and obtains the affirmative agreement required by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires an online or similarly simple cancellation method, WassupVegas will provide that method and will not use unnecessary obstacles to delay cancellation. Renewal reminders, trial-expiration notices, price-change notices and other subscription notices will be provided when required by the law governing the transaction. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
Transactions completed entirely with a third-party merchant, hotel, venue, ticket seller or affiliate partner are between you and that third party unless WassupVegas expressly states otherwise.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item of third-party or user-supplied information is accurate. Nothing on WassupVegas is legal, medical, financial, gambling or professional safety advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WassupVegas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the site or a third-party service, or for losses caused by reliance on third-party availability, pricing, schedules, reviews or business information. For a claim arising from a paid WassupVegas service, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid to WassupVegas for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, except where applicable law requires a different remedy.
18. Indemnity for business and contributor misuse
To the extent permitted by law, a business claimant, advertiser, contributor or other commercial user agrees to defend and indemnify WassupVegas against third-party claims arising from content that user supplied, infringement by that content, fraudulent authority to claim a business, or that user's material violation of these Terms or applicable law. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify WassupVegas where such a requirement is prohibited or unenforceable.
19. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains our personal-information practices and cookie/privacy choices. It is incorporated by reference where legally appropriate but does not reduce rights that applicable privacy law grants you.
20. Accessibility
We aim to make WassupVegas usable by people with disabilities. If a feature or document creates an accessibility barrier, please contact us with the page and issue so we can investigate and provide a reasonable accessible alternative where appropriate.
21. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where required, additional notice or renewed acceptance will be requested. Changes do not retroactively eliminate rights that already accrued under mandatory law.
22. Governing law and mandatory consumer rights
Applicable governing law and forum can depend on the legal operator, the user's location, the service purchased and mandatory consumer-protection rules. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of non-waivable rights or a forum that applicable law requires. Before WassupVegas launches material paid consumer services, the legal operator and any jurisdiction-specific dispute provisions will be reviewed and identified in the applicable commercial terms.
23. Contact
Questions about these Terms, legal notices or content reports can be submitted through the WassupVegas contact page.
