EXCELLENT SERVICE! My wife and I just moved into our new home yesterday. Somehow the inspector missed the water Softner not working properly. We called the company listed on the water softener itself only to have them confirm the unit was both old and no longer working. They were kind enough to provide a quote for replacement. We politely thanked them knowing we wanted to secure one additional quote. I Googled water softener install “Las Vegas” and Serv-All Water Conditioning & Plumbing. Aight my attention with their great review score. I immediately called them and was warmly greeted by Michelle. I explained our scenario to Michelle and was expecting her to send a tech out to provide a quote - similar to the other company. Instead, I was promptly provided a quote along with what I deem an extremely immersive “water softener education” in less than three minutes. I was so impressed with Michelle’s extensive knowledge and her willingness to provide what I was seeking ON THE SPOT which was a quote for a new system. She also added that they would be able to do a “next-day” install. I committed right on the spot. Today Mark arrived to install our new system and the professionalism continued. Kind. Polite. Very professional and a very thorough. This has a been one of the if not the best service experiences I have had in my twenty plus years of residing in Vegas. KUDO’S TO SERV-ALL for a job well done!
