Sharing my experience so others are aware. I contacted this company to cancel my membership. I was informed that because my husband is the listed payor on the account, they would not process the cancellation unless they spoke directly with him. Despite requesting to cancel my own membership, the company declined to proceed without his authorization. If you are considering doing business with them, I recommend reviewing their cancellation policies carefully and clarifying who has authority to cancel before enrolling.
