Overall, it's a fine gym, lots of equipment, and not very crowded, probably since it's new. I just wish the employees were better trained. When I have questions, they seem confused and contradict each other. For example, I ask for a piece of equipment they keep behind the desk, and half the time, the employee will tell me they don't have it and have never had it, even though I was using it two days earlier. Another employee told me to just call and book a class since I couldn't do it through the Wellhub app (type of gym pass app I use), but when I called, the employee told me he couldn't do it and to call when a manager was present. I don't blame the employees. One employee like this might be a bad employee, but many employees like this is a management issue. I really hope management develops a better employee training process because this place has the potential to be a great gym. I'll change this to 5 stars if I see this issue improved and no other issues come up.

I like it, but so far I'm not completely convinced. I signed up for the Kids Crunch membership, but they keep adding more restrictions, like cutting back on hours. They used to be open every day, but now they're not, and they have restricted hours on Fridays and Saturdays and are closed on Sundays. Not to mention, I booked a "ride" class, for example, for today, July 22nd at 7 pm, and the class didn't happen. There wasn't one, they didn't notify me, there was simply no one in the ride studio. As a mom, you organize your time so you can go to the gym, and these kinds of setbacks without any prior notice...
