Hands-On Animal Encounters Off the Strip
One World Interactive Aquarium at the Boulevard Mall combines aquarium exhibits with hands-on animal interactions and educational keeper talks. Its experience is built around closer engagement with wildlife rather than simply viewing animals from a distance.
Admission options include interactive activities throughout the visit, while premium encounters with selected animals are sold separately. The indoor location on South Maryland Parkway makes it a practical family activity away from the Strip resort corridor.

Nice aquarium. Saw the tortoise going for a walk

Very beautiful, I thought it would be small but it's not, and the route is quite long. You can even have the experience of going inside to touch the birds (I don't remember the names of the birds).

It was very enjoyable and the staff was very knowledgeable about all the animals on site my grandkids loved it.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. I was given three tickets by an employee at the counter. I have brought my child here many times before, and the tickets clearly stated “SeaQuest.” When I attempted to redeem them, I was told by an employee that this was not a SeaQuest location and supposedly never had been. What was especially frustrating was the way the employee at the counter—the white gentleman with glasses—spoke to me. His attitude made me feel as though he was implying that I was lying about where I received the tickets. He showed very little concern about the fact that one of his own employees had given these tickets to me. I have personally purchased tickets online for this location before, and I even have an email confirmation showing that I purchased tickets from SeaQuest. So being told that this was never a SeaQuest location was extremely confusing and frustrating. I tried to explain that I did not simply find these tickets somewhere—I was given THREE tickets directly by an employee at the counter. If your employees are handing customers tickets, management should make sure those tickets are valid and that employees understand which tickets can be redeemed. Instead, I was left feeling like the problem was somehow my fault. There was no meaningful attempt to investigate where the tickets came from, speak with the employee who issued them, or offer a reasonable solution. I am not upset simply because the business may have changed names or ownership. I am upset because your employee gave me these tickets, and then another employee refused to take responsibility or even seriously listen to my explanation. This is a customer-service and management issue. Customers should not have to deal with confusion caused by employees or internal communication problems. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, investigates what happened, and properly trains staff on which tickets are valid and how customers should be treated when an issue occurs. I expected much better, especially as someone who has brought my child here multiple times.
