I should start off by saying we ate here a week and a half ago and we loved it. We had a BBQ Bacon smash burger, it was delicious in fact it was why we can back today. What a difference a week and a half makes. It's funny it was talked about alot. This meal started off with a waitress that didn't have enough time to make us fill like we mattered. We ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger and it came without BBQ Sauce and our waitress was no where to be found. When we had her run down she came by and we let her know and before we had a chance to say anything she was on the go when she came back she put 2 little cups of BBQ Sauce on the table, she sad her you go this way you don't have to fight over it and she was gone again. The sauce was cold so we had cold sauce to go with our cold burger. We didn't see her until the check. She never did ask how things were. Sometimes the things you're looking for, isn't what you get. I'm giving it a 2 because they didn't make the burger right and more important the service sucked.

This is my first time at this Las Vegas venue. I am a regular concert attendee and was unimpressed with this venue. The sound quality wasn't nearly as good as Brooklyn Bowl, which I went to on Tuesday to see President. The parking at Mandalay Bay was an absolute nightmare. We were charged $40 to park, but we were supposed to get free parking. We argued with the MGM parking attendants. Apparently, a WNBA game drove the bogus price gouging and massive amounts of traffic into the garage. We paid and tried to get a refund. MGM was unhelpful, as was House of Blues. This venue is small, and the majority of the floor is taken up by a sound booth or something like it. The layout was terrible too. Archers and The Home Team did a great job performing, but I often couldn't understand a word they sang because of the poor audio quality. The opener, Difference, which I had never heard a song by, sang what sounded like gibberish due to the poor audio quality.

Fantastic food, and the breakfast was the best out of the offerings in the Mandalay or Luxor that we came across.
