Brian was very helpful and responsive in answering all our questions over the holidays. He set up the service we needed, and they replaced our shower drain in single afternoon.

I requested soft water system repair, and loyalty was the first to respond; I checked out their reviews and decided to go ahead and make an appointment. Brian and Daniel explained in detail what they thought was the problem and offered to check the rest of my systems for potential problems. My soft water system was fixed, and the water heater was flushed. I was delighted with the efficiency and quality of the work done.

R/ Skyy H/Lynell C *UPDATE * 11.27.25 My first experience with loyalty was amazing so obviously the next time i needed plumbing services i knew who to call. The holiday season when you have guest is the worst time to have a clogged toilet. The loyalty team quickly got Reese out to fix my plumbing. He was professional, personable, and cleaned up everything when he was done. He also had good conversation, we related as were both military veterans.
