I am a total MORON and failed to get the name of my stylist, but she was an Earth angel. I’m in town for work, and desperately needed a haircut. I was able to make an appointment same day (realistically, within an hour of booking the appointment) and my stylist was so friendly and welcoming. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, walked me through what she thought I needed (we were very closely aligned) and then explained what she was going every step of the way, making sure I was happy with where it was going. An hour later, I felt like I made a friend. I WISH there was a place like this back home - kind, collaborative, welcoming, with an AWESOME skill set. I will absolutely be finding any excuse to come back any time I’m in Vegas.
