Irrigation Repairs Expert LLC was not the first company I called for my project. My Irrigation was 20 plus years old and has had many breaks repaired by me and a few by other advertised individuals. Mario came and looked over my area. He was thorough, personable and forthright. He suggested a few additional parts I had not realized but agreed should be done. He left saying they would send a Proposal of what needed to be done along with a price. The proposal was received by me and agreed to. I had other proposals previuously all of which were along the same price, some higher , some about the same. I chose Mario because of his ties to the community, his forthrightness, and generl demeanor. The day came to begin and he showed up on time with one (1) helper. Some others said they would bring a large crew! They MUST have had a plan worked out TOGETHER. They began; no shouting, or loud conversations, just working. I have a reasonably large front area divided unequally by a driveway. Day one saw the installation of new Valves, lines, heads and flush valves. Day 2, about 3 hours completed the task. Mario installed a new controlbox and insructed about its use; then checked to make certan everything worked. Areas outside of the work area were swept and cleaned. My thoughts: Although price is ALWAYS an issue, it is secondary to good workmanship and honest convesations.

I had an excellent experience with Mario. He helped me so very much with my irrigation system.I most definitely give him the highest rating possible. He's the BEST I can't thank him enough 10 stars or more!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I hired this company because I was looking for an irrigation expert who could diagnose and repair my system correctly. Instead, after paying nearly $1,000, my irrigation system was left in worse condition than before. Before the work, my irrigation system had issues, but after the repairs my grass began dying because the sprinklers were no longer watering the lawn properly. Water was spraying onto the street and along the fence instead of reaching the plants and grass. Rather than fixing the problems, the work created new ones. The technician criticized my existing irrigation system, calling it "monkey business," and assured me he would correct everything. Unfortunately, the results were the exact opposite. I paid a significant amount of money expecting professional expertise, but the quality of the work fell far below that expectation. What frustrates me the most is not just the cost—it's the lack of competence and the damage that resulted. My lawn and plants have suffered because the irrigation was left functioning improperly. I trusted this company to improve my system, and instead I now have to pay someone else to repair the problems. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Don't waste your time calling anyone else! Irrigation Repairs Experts (Mario Garcia) is the REAL DEAL. Bilingual, prompt, professional, reasonable, and no BS. He will amaze you how thorough he tackles the task. He has to be THE BEST in Las Vegas, if not Nevada!
