I worked with Kenny Lee at Lee Kiefer & Park on a probate matter, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Probate was completely unfamiliar territory for me, and Kenny guided me through the process in the most efficient and easy-to-understand way possible. Both he and his staff were consistently responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Allyson is amazing! She handled my family estate case with so much professionalism, passion and a sense of urgency. I appreciate the way she had so much patience with the numerous phone calls, emails, and questions. I would recommend her to ANYONE who needs assistance with probate. I jumped into this not knowing nearly anything about the law or how to handle things. Allyson took her time to explain the law and our options specific to our case. I highly recommend Kenny Lee at Lee Kiefer and Park to handle your probate matters. The process was smooth with timely updates and the court approved all petitions resulting in a final distribution of assets to beneficiaries exactly as wished. Better yet, I would recommend enlisting Lee Kiefer and Park to better plan estate matters so you can avoid probate altogether!
