We had a bad experience at this location. The pizza was terrible. The pics will speak for themselves. Service was poor as well. Not a good look for a Grimaldi's in a high end area.

Unfortunately I do not think I would come back any time soon. They had one server and it was not too busy but busy enough for her to take 10 minutes to even get soda and water for us and then even longer to come back to take an order, I was prepared to pay for the drinks and leave but my kids were settled and hungry. The food was decent except the chicken tenders were not good at all. The manager on duty was useless, she ran some food for the girl but should really not be in a managerial position if she lets her staff fall behind and sees is, she looked at us multiple times and could clearly see we hadn't received service for way to long all while still having the girl hostess as well. Gone way downhill, wouldn't be shocked if this location closed soon.

We were ignored while two parties behind us received service. The place used to be beautiful and nice to have dinner. What a shame to see it run down and worse have servers that don’t care. We got up and left. Good luck people.
