If your priority is a luxurious all-around dinner that includes seafood, Wynn is an excellent starting point. The official site lists Seafood Gourmet Dinner daily from 1pm–9pm at $79.99 plus tax, with multiple live kitchens and a wide range of dishes. This is more than a crab-leg challenge: you’re paying for variety, service and setting as well.

2. A.Y.C.E. at Palms: plan around lobster nights
Palms specifies lobster and snow crab on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, 3pm–10pm, currently $79.99 for adults. Advance reservations are required for these specialty nights; walk-in waitlist places are not guaranteed. 3. Bellagio: a seafood dinner on Saturday
Bellagio lists a dedicated Saturday seafood dinner from 2pm–8pm at $69.99. This option can make sense if you’re staying on the center Strip and don’t want to use a rideshare to reach Palms. Do not assume its weekday brunch has the same seafood selection as the Saturday dinner.

What about Bacchanal?
Bacchanal at Caesars Palace is an enormous destination buffet with seafood among its many cuisines, but its meal-specific price and inventory vary. Check the official venue before choosing it solely for crab or lobster. Don’t equate an expansive seafood selection with a guarantee of a specific shellfish item on your date.
