Universal Batteries LV

I don't think I could have gone to a better place. Claude recommended it to me, and Mr. Mario was very kind to me. He gave me an unbeatable price and even lent me the tool to change the battery. Highly recommended, excellent service.

We came in needing a new battery, & explained the issues we had experienced with another company after having to purchase two batteries within only six months and still not receiving proper customer service. From the moment we walked in, Osbe at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Truly a boss when it came to communicating with the mechanic. They both made sure we understood everything before moving forward with the process. Mario took the time to actually look at the battery compartment & measure the previous battery rather than simply selling us something and sending us on our way. That extra attention to detail was needed! The pricing was very reasonable, & extremely happy with the warranty we received! It’s refreshing to come across a business where the staff genuinely knows what they’re doing Highly recommend this place!!!

Great shop with great help from the technician, forgot his name but the most helpful. If you need a car or truck battery, check them out .

The price was reasonable, and the warranty gave me peace of mind when buying a manufactured battery. The location was easy to find, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free.
