June 17,2026 And yet again the same thing happened to a 4D battery i purchased LESS THEN A YEAR AGO.I too have had the same horrible experience with the batteries from Interstate ,the people working there are helpful and polite BUT have to follow company policy ill assume in regards to warranty on their product they sell. Ive been buying their SMR 4D for years from them as a dedicated stereo battery in my boat,the batteries would last approx. 3-4 years before there was any issues with them going bad and had a prorated warranty on them if there was a problem with them having a bad cell. I just bought a new 4D approx a year and a half ago and it now has a dead cell and is NFG,when i called on friday June21 2024 i was informed that the 4D battery has only a 6 month warranty on it and i would have to buy a new one at full cost (approx.$350.00) How can a company like this only offer a warranty of only 6 months on a extremely expensive battery when others will give a 3 year warranty and prorate it if there is any problems with their product.IMO their batteries have gone down hill and are garbage. I work for a huge company out here in the Vegas area and they would only use interstate batteries in all their vehicles,golf carts,3 wheel carts and 4 wheel carts and have stopped buying them many years ago due to the extremely poor quality of their batteries. Shame on Interstate Battery for such poor quality control over their product and lack of accountability for taking care of problems with their product.Time to shop else where due to interstate battery not caring about customer service,loyalty and only respond back with a cookie cutter apology. We are doomed as a Nation

I hustled to get there before they closed on a Friday knowing my battery was bad. I arrived shortly before 4:00pm I was kindly greeted by Justin who quickly assessed my battery confirmed it was bad called office to confirm warranty and stock by the time I went in to pay the prorated amount he had already installed the battery. I was seriously in and out of there in leas than 20 minutes. The young lady who took care of me is the office was very kind when I walked out Justin once again was very kind as I left now I can see how he had employee of the month on the wall. I was not sure what to expect since it was my first time there however the experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you again.

Excellent customer service. They care about their customers and it shows. Professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Update: it doesn't get better than this. Once again, when I had an issue with a new battery, they quickly checked it out and determined the best course of action was to replace it with another new one. Interstate Batteries provides absolutely the highest level of customer service. They are excellent! Jan 2026 updated: Interstate Batteries is absolutely the best and most reliable company hands down. They excel at customer service, are extremely professional and make sure you are a completely satisfied customer when you leave. I highly recommend them!
