Not much to say. Scheduled a windshield rock chip repair for Sat morning. A link was sent to track the technician and he called and showed up around 9:40. Meet with him and he explained what he’d do and how long it would take. 10 mins later he said he was done, paid and gone.

I am writing to share feedback regarding the outstanding service I recently received from Mike at Glass America of Las Vegas. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment, and Mike was able to get me right in. He was a pleasure to talk to and took great care of both me and my windshield. The work was done so well that you couldn't even tell the glass had been replaced. If I ever need windshield service again while in Las Vegas, I will definitely be calling Mike at Glass America. If anyone is in need of a windshield, I'm recommending Mike at Glass America Las Vegas.

These people were so nice and professional. They took me in a little early. Their waiting room had TV, coffee, water and snacks. Eric told me it may take up to three hours to replace and calibrate the windshield. He finished in less than two hours. The new windshield is perfect. They dealt directly with my insurance to make it even more hassle free. Good job!
