We tried the tasting menu with the wine pairing, and I'd definitely recommend that option. My fiancé and I each chose different dishes so we could sample everything on the tasting menu, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The wine pairings were generous pours, making it a surprisingly good value. We also had a table with a view of the Bellagio fountains. The view was nice, although not quite as impressive as we expected. Our server was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and made the entire evening feel special. While I'm not sure we'd go back, I'm glad we experienced Giada's Las Vegas restaurant. The tasting menu, wine pairing, and exceptional service made it a memorable dinner.

The Cacio e Pepe Bucatini, unfortunately, did not live up to the reputation or the price point it carries. While the presentation was excellent and the cheese‑wheel preparation was visually impressive, the dish itself fell short of expectations. The sauce was noticeably watered down and lacked the rich, savory depth that defines true cacio e pepe. The pasta, though homemade, had an unexpected aftertaste reminiscent of boxed pasta — surprising and disappointing for an $80 entrée. Temperature was another issue. The pasta arrived warm at best, bordering on room temperature, and the accompanying mashed potatoes were just as cool. At this level of dining, guests should expect — and be served — a hot, cohesive dish that commands attention through both flavor and execution. To be fair, the chicken was well prepared, and the arancini was excellent. These items showed the kitchen’s capability and potential. However, the main dish needs meaningful attention and refinement. A name and a presentation can draw people in, but it’s the quality, flavor, and consistency that carry a restaurant across the finish line

If you’re staying at the Vanderpump hotel, they have complimentary cocktail hour on M-W from 4-5pm. Just show your room key at the bar. However, we were not aware until after we finished dinner and our reservation was at 4:30 which would have made the cut. Disappointed that the hotel receptionist did not mention all the cool perks during check in and Giada check-in staff did not either. Our server was Victor and we denied cocktails because we were using our drink vouchers at Gigolo. He could have also mentioned at that time, hey you could get a complimentary drink at the bar right now but didn’t. Anyways, moving on to food. We got the best seat in the house against the window over looking the corner of Las Vegas Blvd and Flamingo. Across from Caesars and diagonally from Bellagio fountain. Would have been golden during F1. They have a tasting menu for $99 for 3 course. He recommended if one person orders it, that everyone should get it so it comes out at the same time not that we all had to get it. Looking back, we should have done one tasting menu and then ordered additional since we were doing family style and just wanted to sample but not get stuffed. We ordered: -Signature lemon spaghetti w shrimp ($39.99) - exactly what it sounds like -Pappardelle bison bolognese ($35.99) - most proportion with meat -Creste de gallo alla vodka ($33.99) - can’t pass on a vodka pasta, the pasta shapes were fun to eat -Broccolini ($15.99) - these were massive -Asparagus ($15.99) - thick and crunchy I think we did a good job trying multiple dishes to see what the place has to offer but it’s pretty average to me for an Italian restaurant with the celebrity price tag.

I have to say this is one of the best Italian Restaurants in Las Vegas. We had Gary taking care of our table we were a group of 7 and he was amazing, he provided us 10 plus service, his other team mate also was great, always refilling water, cleaning up after each serving. The food was also 10 plus, we had some of our party do the tasting menu and it was fantastic, hands down best margarita pizza. Highly recommend, also the restaurant is so classy and beautiful decor. Gary thank you for such a great experience for our first time!
