Sambalatte Boca Park 750 S. Rampart Blvd., Suite 9 Las Vegas, NV 89145 ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3 Stars) The Big Boy Is Back! The Big Boy is back, and this time I drove a long way for a cup of coffee. Was it worth it? From a coffee standpoint… Absolutely. I prefer medium to light roasts, and the coffee from the giant national chain sometimes goes down a little too bitter for my taste. Sambalatte was a refreshing change of pace. I was greeted by Paige, whose service skills and personality were absolutely impeccable. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, Paige made an excellent first impression and represented the shop extremely well. The coffee itself was exactly what I was hoping for. Smooth, flavorful, and roasted more toward the medium-light side without the bitterness that turns me away from so many chain coffee shops. By itself, the coffee easily earns 4 Stars. Unfortunately, I also ordered the Pistachio Coffee Roll, and that’s where things went sideways. The pastry tasted stale and lacked the rich pistachio flavor I was expecting. Instead of complementing an excellent cup of coffee, it simply felt like an afterthought. A fresh pastry would have elevated the entire experience. This one did the opposite. The outstanding coffee and exceptional service were enough to keep Sambalatte from falling any lower, but mediocre pastries prevented it from becoming a destination I would enthusiastically recommend. Big Boy Says… If you’re looking for an excellent medium to light roast, Sambalatte is definitely worth a try. The Danish? That’s an easy pass. Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3 Stars)

The iced Nutella latte is by far the best coffee I have ever had! I travel to Vegas just for this coffee!! It’s literally perfection! I order 2 for myself sad the location closer to the Vegas strip is closed but worth the travel to Boca!

We always make a stop here when we are in town. The food is delicious as is the coffee! Try and snag a seat upstairs if you can!
