I had a great experience with Aaron at Massage Envy! He was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment the session started. He took the time to listen to what areas needed attention and adjusted the pressure perfectly throughout the massage. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with much less tension than when I arrived. I’m pretty irate right now due to sitting for over 1/2 an hour. Appointment was at 12:30. Therapist didn’t show up until 12:50 and by that time I was rescheduling. I went to the front desk 2X asking them about the delay. They stalled and said they weren’t sure and that she’s running behind. Awesome Captain Obvious now y’all threw off my entire day. But can thank me later for giving therapist a break. Ridiculous that they cram clients in back to back. So if there’s one hiccup it derails the entire flow. Now if I were 20 min late I would’ve gotten a $75 no-show fee and been out a massage. If the company was a bit more forgiving then maybe I’d be more flexible. But in my 3 yr experience with Massage Envy they are not flexible nor do they recognize loyal customers. Just booked with Morris Family Massage to see how they compare.

This is the most horrible and unprofessional place To go to reception is awful. Place is gross 🤮 Rooms and beds are dirty. Wouldn’t recommend

I had been going here with a membership for a moment but then I got pregnant. I called to make an appointment for a prenatal massage and a hydrating facial (both approved by my OB) they bill me, no issue. I show up for said appt and the massage tech refused to do the service and said 1st trimester massage wasn’t allowed and would lead to a miscarriage. I then go out and they say “the facial isn’t safe either” I told them I specifically informed them I was pregnant when booking and how far along I was and they had no issue. Wound up cancelling my membership and will just go elsewhere where they know how to accommodate better
