in the last weekHorrible hotel reception and check-in scam, First of all, they only have 3 person working at check-in and the line is outrageous long. We had to wait 1 hour to finally be able to check-in. Then they demanded the total room fee again, even though I prepaid through a 3rd party provider already (Apparently for this hotel you always have to double-check and know what you paid upfront!), when I told her she went to the manager and after another 10 minute wait they found out that we already prepaid. They never apologized for trying to charge us more in the first place! Our room was all right with a nice view of the strat tower. Unfortunately we only had 3 towels for 4 people in a two double bed room. Also be aware that your room comes with nothing, not even a coffee maker or a water heater to make a tea! The sink inside the room was moldy. Pool hours in winter are very short, it’s Vegas so I would expect to be open all night, no, it closed already at 5pm. But if you want stained pool towels, a rusty pool, and no hotel slippers or bath rope to walk through a busy hotel complex after swimming that’s the place to go. Otherwise there are way definitely better hotels in Vegas, with better service!

in the last weekNot much good to say. Both guest elevators were out of function for a couple of days, and it was a hassle. Rooms were below average.
