Is claiming my business free?
Yes. Claiming an existing listing and requesting corrections do not require a Premium subscription. Ownership is verified before management access is transferred.
Why can’t I upgrade a pending listing?
An ownership claim and publication approval are different steps. Your account may already be assigned to a listing while it is still awaiting publication. Real Premium checkout becomes available only after WassupVegas approves and publishes the listing, verifies ownership and confirms you have permission to edit it. You do not need to pay to complete a claim or request a factual correction.
What does Premium include today?
Featured directory placement and protection from ordinary listing-package expiration while your paid Premium period remains active. Analytics, offers and advanced profile features are planned, not included today. Payment never buys a positive editorial review.
How much does it cost, and does it renew?
Premium is billed in US dollars at $49 every month or $490 every year. It renews automatically until canceled. Review the recurring price and terms before completing checkout.
How can I cancel or ask about a refund?
Use Manage billing for your listing to cancel upcoming renewals. Premium remains in place through the paid period when cancellation is scheduled at period end. For billing questions or refund requests, email hello@wassupvegas.com. Canceling does not automatically refund unused paid time. Duplicate charges, billing errors and other refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law.
