West Texas Chophouse Henderson

Excellent experience. All the staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional at all times. The service was quick, and they were always making sure we had everything we needed. The bartender was outstanding with the drinks; they were very well prepared and he served them with a great attitude. Without a doubt, a place I would return to and highly recommend.

The brisket platter was excellent! The mango salad was a bowl of mixed greens with 4 thin slices of mango. The mango had zero flavor. I think it was unripe. A few candied pecans topped it off. I wasn’t impressed at all.

Arrived at 6pm, after ordering our entrees our waiter then went to ask his manager if we could substitute the brisket on our platter for ribs, , the manager said yes we could do the substitution . After about 15 minutes the waiter came to say that they didn’t have cilantro rice which was a side four of us ordered after getting our drinks and bread 40 minutes go by for the waiter to then say they are out of ribs that our party of five all ordered. This place is pretty looking but either they don’t know what they’re doing or the only other explanation is that there was some racism going on. Too bad they lost good business do to this bad experience. I’ll be sure to make it known not waist your time or money on this establishment!

My wife ordered her steak medium well. I know, it’s disgusting . It came out medium rare. We sent it back and they burnt it. I’d say it was intentional because there’s no way they didn’t see what it looked like. I’ll add a pic. The waitress was apologetic and got the GM. When I spoke to the GM, she didn’t care about anything I had to say. She made excuses for her Cook saying that’s our medium well. Three tables right around us had to send their food back too. I don’t recommend waisting your money on a place that could care less about customer service.
