Rustic House at Silverado Ranch is a gem. The weeknight specials keep you coming back. They offer regular promotions. Their steak and lobster nights (Wednesday and Saturday) are not to be missed. The corkage policy is very fair (1 bottle per table for $20) and they make a delicious skinny Marg and their Espresso Martini is the perfect ending to the meal. If your server is Victoria, you won the lottery. She's amazing. Great new neighnborhood destination.

An Incredible Hidden Gem on Silverado Ranch! If you're on the hunt for a standout culinary destination in Las Vegas, look no further than **Rustic House** on Silverado Ranch. I stumbled upon this gem during a lazy Sunday afternoon, and from the moment I walked in, I was captivated by its inviting atmosphere and unique charm. Daily Specials & The Legendary Sunday Steaks One of the standout features of Rustic House is their impressive lineup of daily specials that cover both drinks and food, ensuring there's always an enticing reason to visit any day of the week. However, my Sunday experience was particularly remarkable due to one of their most talked-about offerings: **50% off steaks**! I couldn't resist trying their gigantic **16 oz NY Strip** (served à la carte), which the friendly staff highly recommended. To accompany my steak, I decided on two delectable sides: crispy **fries** and perfectly cooked **asparagus**. My total for this hearty meal came out to just $46 before tip, which I found to be exceptional. Sure, there are cheaper cuts around town, but considering the generous portion size and the quality of the sides, it felt like an unbeatable deal. he Food & The Verdict Now, let's talk about the food. The NY Strip was nothing short of magnificent—cooked to an ideal medium-rare with a beautifully seared crust, it was seasoned but effectively, allowing the natural flavors of the beef to shine. Each bite was tender and juicy, making it clear that this steak was sourced with care and skillfully prepared. The chili sauce I decided to have on the side was a nice touch, but I would rather dip it than have it on my steak, in my personal opinion. The sides did not disappoint either! The fries were golden and crispy, seasoned just right, while the asparagus was fresh and vibrant, adding a perfect touch of brightness to the meal. The ambiance of Rustic House enhanced the experience; the decor exuded a rustic charm while still feeling modern and comfortable. This place completely blew me away, and I'm already eagerly planning my next visit, this time accompanied by a friend so we can dive into their steak and lobster special together. Rustic House has certainly earned a spot on my go-to list for great food and incredible value. If you're looking to treat yourself to an unforgettable dining experience, do yourself a favor and check out Rustic House! Five stars all the way!

The service was excellent until I ran into a problem and then I just got blown off. The food was excellent until I found the problem. The atmosphere was just too loud. I ordered the wet burrito. It tasted great and I got a little bit into it and noticed peas in it. I have an allergy to peas. The menu just says rice, nothing specific about Spanish rice or anything like that. I just picked them out and kept eating. When we notified our server Regan, the response was a simple, that's just how we make it here. I wasn't looking for a discount, we already had one. I would have liked to see maybe a manager visit saying that they could put something on the tables stating the contents of their rice and maybe other surprised not listed on the menu. You never know how allergies are going to react. Mine are mild for peas, as long as I don't ingest many. Just be cautious.
