Celebrated my wife's birthday and first time at Primarily Prime Rib. Greeted with a welcome and birthday card. Had the Southpoint Prime Rib. Beautifully prepared, baked potato and Prime salad and a nice glass of wine. We were impressed by the great service Matt and Rachel provided. Timely and professional. Had a comfy booth. I enjoyed my sorbet for desert and they surprised my wife with a ice cream Sunday with a chocolate happy birthday. My wife said it's her new favorite restaurant. We'll be back soon.

I took my family of 6 there with kids ranging from 16-6. Great service, great food, annd experience with a 70’s Vegas type vibe. All the food was great. They had some kids meal options that aren’t on the menu. Only thing we wouldn’t order again would be the Oscar side for the steak.

Absurdly concerned with dietary restrictions and allergies to the point of embarrassment. Shrimp cocktail well presented with limp shrimp and uninspired cocktail sauce. 10 oz South Point Cut, cooked to order both excellent and original flavor. If you also enjoy the fat you will need to request it be trimmed less. Creme brulee was thick delicious with 3 different fruits. A great place to eat and return again.

Excellent prime rib restaurant. It has a high end 1950s,1960s atmosphere. The service is excellent, making you feel like a high roller. We got the Prime Rib South Point Cut, Loaded Baked Potato, and Spinach Salad. The prime rib was very lean, tender, and perfectly seasoned. It's the first time I've ever had less than a tablespoon of fat to cut off a prime rib. The Spinach Salad and Loaded Baked Potato were prepared table side. The spinach was very fresh and tender, with no wilted or rust spots. The bacon dressing was excellent, the the perfect balance of vinegar and sweetness. The baked potato was large, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. The server added the perfect amount of sour cream and butter. At most other restaurants, I have to ask for extra sour cream and butter once I get to the dry base of their potatoes. Not here, the potato had no dry spots and there was butter and sour cream in every bite. This is my new favorite Prime Rib restaurant in Vegas. Update: Went again; this time we got the Rodeo and South Point cuts of Prime Rib, seasonal veggies, and loaded baked potato. Everything was excellent! Update: Got South Point cuts of Prime Rib, Spinach Salad, and 5 Cheese Mashed Potatoes. Everything was excellent, but the mashed potatoes which were just ok. I expected to see and be able to taste the cheese in the mashed potatoes. Update: Got the Prime Rib South Point Cut, side Crab Cake, Loaded Baked Potato, Seasonal Veggies, and Spinach Salad. Everything was excellent as usual. Update: The South Point cut prime rib was amazing this time. The tableside spinach salad is no longer available. It was replaced with a mediocre iceberg lettuce salad. The loaded baked potato was excellent as usual. Update: The delicious spinach salad is back...if you ask for it. It is no longer listed on the menu. The South Point cut prime rib and loaded baked potato were excellent as usual. Update: Got the Pork Tenderloin and it was amazing.
