2 weeks agoFirst time dining here. Why I’m giving 3 stars is because of the interaction with one of the managers. Our table was wobbly and I asked the server for a wobble wedge. The manager came by and attempted to fix it but was unable to. Then he asked my husband if HE wants to get down there and fix it… as a couple who is dressed up and celebrating my birthday and local to vegas and work in the hospitality/food industry, That was a big turn off especially coming from management. For context me and my husband are both Forbes trained in food service/hospitality. Now as guests dining there and having the manager say that was just shocking. The wobble wasn’t the issue but the comment to my husband if he wants to go down there to fix it was. The Server was GREAT, and she coursed out food perfectly and she knew her stuff. Manager didn’t fix the table but instead the female server and this other female busser came by afterwards to fix it together. Again the server was good. Food was good but definitely not the best with all the steakhouse options in vegas around the same price point. View is amazing, we had a table next to the window. After getting home we decided to eat our leftover food and we did find a curly hair in the packed food in our dessert. Overall me and my husband both agree this place won’t be on our list of dining spots again. We came here because friends said they heard it was good, which I agree the food was good, but not wow I want to come back soon. For reference we had the mushroom appetizer, French onion, Caesar salad, ribeye, scallop potatoes, Brussels, and I had a martini.
