in the last weekWe had a wonderful meal here. The best steak I've had in a long time at reasonable prices. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, as there were cuts that I wasn't familiar with. Will definitely return.

a week agoThe Venue: From the moment you step through the door, the restaurant envelops you in an atmosphere of pure sophistication. The decor is exquisite: a perfect blend of warm lighting, reclaimed wood accents, and curated local art that gives the space a vibrant, modern personality. It is, without a doubt, a space designed for the eyes; every corner is an opportunity to appreciate high-end architectural taste. The Experience: The food lived up to the surroundings. Each dish arrived with impeccable presentation and balanced flavors that justified the chef’s vision. The ambiance is lively yet intimate enough thanks to excellent acoustics, making it ideal for a dinner where conversation should be the main event. The Downside: Unfortunately, the service was nowhere near the level of the infrastructure. Our server maintained a noticeably indifferent attitude from the start; wait times for drinks were excessive, and we had to request basic items like silverware and water multiple times. Despite the restaurant not being at full capacity, the service felt forced and lacked the basic courtesy expected in an establishment of this caliber. Verdict Food: 4.5/5 Ambiance & Decor: 5/5 Service: 1/5 Would I go back? It’s a tough call. The place is visually stunning and the kitchen is solid, but poor service has the power to overshadow even the most spectacular design. It’s a great destination if you prioritize the environment and the food, provided you go armed with plenty of patience.

a week agoEcho & Rig has been on my list for a long time, and I genuinely wish I had come sooner. This place is in a category of its own. What sets it apart is the concept — it's a working butcher shop and restaurant under one roof. Before you even sit down, you can watch the butchers preparing your future meal behind the glass. Dry-aged in-house, cut fresh that day, with options like Wagyu and USDA Prime that are sourced with a level of care and transparency most restaurants just can't offer. The space itself is stunning — somehow industrial and glamorous at the same time. The cocktails are excellent, the service is polished, and the prices are fair for the quality you're getting. Las Vegas has no shortage of steakhouses competing on name recognition and hype. Echo & Rig competes on craft — and it wins. If you haven't been yet, move it to the top of your list.
