in the last weekBe forewarned both the front desk and my massage lady did not speak a lick of English possibly to feign miscommunication to avoid bad reviews. Had asked for a 90 min body and foot but had to cut it short it was so awful. Just the first few movements and I could tell technique was lacking - awkward pressure on the spine with forearms and elbows, ultra rough head scratching and when she tried to put both knees on my back i quickly declined. Then I was sold a $10 upcharge for CBD oil (price was fine) but all that was done was haphazard slathering everywhere - back, buttocks, even armpits. Quickly became monotonous and even uncomfortable rubbing against the skin. I said stop, clean me off and let’s just get to the feet…the name is YY “Foot” Spa after all. Flip over and before prepping…an immediate attempt to upcharge again - extra $10 for a foot scrub. I try to tell her I’ve been at the pool all day, the deck was quite hot I don’t know if I maybe have slight sunburn etc, I basically just want a foot massage. She says she doesn’t understand even tried to use Google text translate. She says scrub is needed and that I will like it. Then proceeds to exfoliate mostly the tops of my feet for about 15 minutes and says my total massage is done. Never got any foot massage at all! Not to mention I’m shorted about 10 of my 60 minutes of total time. Not sure what the deal is here (bad masseuse, they try to scam people who look like tourists or whatever) but this by far my worst cheap-ish ($80 with up charges) Asian massage I’ve ever had while traveling and I’ve had many. Would say proceed at your risk - I’m not the only one that has had a bad experience just curious why so many reviews are good. Maybe there is just one bad apple with no training who has a job because of connections well enough to fend off any attempts at complaints. Annoying waste of money and time. *** Just read a few more reviews - there is at least one bad masseuse upselling with limited skills, low star reviews all describe a similar experience with the CBD oil. Mine was an older Chinese woman with short hair ***

in the last weekExcellent. After a day spent walking, deciding to Google spas and this place had great reviews. Walked in and my group was immediately accommodated. We did an hour body massage. It was fabulous. I would 100% recommend. I feel relaxed and refreshed.
