Device-repair shop. Ask about part quality, warranty and whether the repair affects water resistance.
Power the device down when safe. A swollen, smoking or unusually hot battery is a safety issue; do not keep charging or pressing on it.
If files matter, say that before authorizing a reset or drive replacement. Ask whether diagnosis and data recovery are separate services.
Hardware repair may not solve an account problem. Start with the device maker or service provider's official account-recovery process.
