Tree Of Life Weed Dispensary Las Vegas

I am a person of disability and had a bad interaction yesterday with a check in desk person with a cowboy hat that checks your identification he was rude and was not so nice of asking me to move my car out of the pickup area that I didn't know was not designated for handicap. I went ahead and did so and still had a bad interaction even of me apologizing when returning. After I sat down I was waiting and the same guy went to the front to check out the entrance and when he came back into the lobby he almost brushed against me dispite him having plenty room. I was helped out by a lady register 3 she asked me how I was doing and she helped me with my interaction with the welcome desk person to get me a manager that was not there unfortunately. She gave me her email to formally report this issue respectfully after I received a pre roll with my point redeemed. The same day less than 4 hours yesterday of me sending the email the General Store Manager emailed me back apologizing for the interaction and helped me better understand that its not acceptable. She said she will look over the interaction over the cameras ASAP to resolve this issue and helped me out with a complimentary 1/8, because I felt ashamed and unwelcomed due to the welcome desk person yesterday. I want to point this out first The General Store Manager took this very seriously and even went out her way to do her best to not have this happen again and was very sorry for this happening. I felt the interaction today was amazing the welcome desk was a different person and very nice. The Budtenders and staff are amazing also understanding of my needs especially today when coming back to give it another try even though I went else where to pick up yesterday. The same Budtender that helped me yesterday had the same perfect experience, when I saw her I smiled and was super happy and same for the budtender it was a very nice lady. She is awesome, she is the one the brightens the dispensary everytime now I go there now. I want to say as well to the General Store Manager Marlene, thank you for all that you have done for this store, for me and other customers. Have an amazing day. See you until my next visit.
