One of the worst experiences I've ever had. They've been working on my case for over a year now, stuck on giving me my check. I already accepted the amount, but I spoke with Chinthia, Jennifer, and Karla, who are responsible for the negotiations, and only because I told them I didn't like it. I accepted and signed back in March, and I'm still waiting for them to call me with my check. They always tell me to wait, that I have to talk to insurance. It's been almost a year and a half, seven months waiting for my compensation. I honestly don't understand why they have so many stars. Is it because they give $500 when you recommend someone? Is that why? Because the service is really bad, and the receptionists are awful. But when you go on the first day, they even offer you coffee! Hahaha.
