    This time around I needed the rear shocks installed on my wife's car. I bought them separately (a brand I like) and asked if they would install. They stated of course they could and that there be no warranty on the shocks because they didn't provide them (this is standard procedure at 99% of shops) at which point I was OK with it. I walked in about 11:30am on a Monday and the car was ready even with alignment (AWD car) just before 2pm. I was happy about that because we had errands to run. TY guys!
