John is just Outstanding!! He goes way out of his way doesn't matter how late to get the job done! He saved me much money and helped us find it other areas to gain back in taxes... Is extremely good, has become a great friend and I am glad to refer everybody that I can to him. I only wish I knew him over the last 15 years instead of the last 4 as I would have had a lot more money in my pocket plus a very good price for what he does... You could not go wrong with John!

John filed my LLC with an incomplete address even after I provided the full one in writing. He replied “noted” after I raised it over email and only corrected it after I pushed in person for an official amended filing. I paid for the service and had to chase basic legal fixes. He also entered “STE” instead of my actual “APT” number on the S-Corp documents and said it’s better because it looks more like a business, ignoring that filings must match the real address. Do not trust for filings that require accuracy or attention to detail.

After 15 years, with our tax consultant we found a need to find a new one. We located Paramount Tax and Accounting by chance and this is the second year he has prepared our taxes. John Williams is knowledgable, efficient, and in my estimate more than fair on his charges for service. I would highly recommend his services.

I contacted Paramount given their proximity to my home and dedication to responsiveness they advertise. John was agreeable to discussing the taxes before filing with our financial planner and handling tax prep for two years we have to file. After several weeks and a few follow-ups, we did receive our 2023 return, a note that 2024 was in the works and an invoice. As we discussed, I connected John with our financial planner and that is the last we heard from John or Paramount. Incredibly disappointed in the experience.

Great experience, I was behind on filing my taxes because another company had lead me on for a while. I booked an appointment the same week and it was a short and sweet appointment, with any and all questions answered.
