0 stars! Please don’t bring your pets here, the staff are extremely careless. I brought my dog here desperate for help. Told them she wasn’t eating or drinking and clearly in pain. They had us waiting for several hours. My dog was sitting and suffering, they never once came over to check on her or let us know what their plan was for treating her. I finally went up to one of the staff to ask how much longer it might be, she was extremely rude and said my dog was in stable condition. How would she know that without doing any tests or evaluations on my dog? She was certainly not stable, she passed away the next day… The staff here is awful. No communication, no compassion. My dog deserved so much better and I am now left heartbroken over my loss.

An unbelievable doctor and absolutely loving and caring staff; my baby boy was hurt badly enough that I thought I might lose him, but thankfully, most staff members and the doctor were over him so fast taking care of him that I am so thankful for them.

I just want to say this ER saved my 9 year old cat Daisy 's life the other day and am very happy with the doctor and his nursing staff here at VEG ER. My cat's nose was completely dry and bleeding and she couldn't eat any longer due to a BAD FEVER on a Thursday, I desperately needed a vet A.S.A.P. and after calling all the vets around Vegas I couldnt find 1 vet that would take her in that day and the soonest I could get an appointment for would have been Saturday, When I arrived at VEG ER it was about 815 pm that night, They had my cat on the table with our own pvt room within 15 mins for diagnosis and examination , While he was taking her temperature he let me know that her temp was 105.4 in the DANGER zone so he thought it would be best to run fans on her to cool her off and while doing so he explained treatment options in which I agreed too. After taking her blood and doing an ultrasound we had our medications ready and the nurse explained to me how to administer her meds, 1 antibiotic, and 1 to help her appetite. I already knew before I even went in there it was probably going to be more expensive considering it was a 24/7 ER, But it was a life death situation so I didn't care . Me and my cat were out the door by about 11 pm which I thought was very quick considering how bad she looked. She is now eating, Acting normal again ,And Her nose is healing and she is a lot happier and is gonna be fine 👍. If you have a pet that needs help A.S.A.P. and can't get an appointment. This is the BEST place to take your family member!! THANK YOU VEG FOR SAVING OUR CATS LIFE!!! Sorry about the pic I posted was an accident...
