Find another installer - Craig ghosted me and failed to provide a refund Craig was quick to respond to my request to replace a failed double pane window, and arrived promptly to measure my window and accept a deposit. After that, the only time I received any communication was when I reached out to him. After five missed appointments, and a request for a refund, I am still waiting.
