This man is a liar and horrible . He came to my house through my home warranty and took my 100 deductible. This is all he was worried about!! He lied an said he help me get a replacement because mines was old. He moved my rugs out the way very violently and threw them back. He put in his report that my refrigerator was clogged and dust a made it to the point it couldn’t get repaired or replaced now I cancelled my warranty company because of him. He was huffing and puffing when he got to my door like he didn’t want to do the repair an was in a rush. He was concerned about the deductible so that’s what he did take the deductible an leave me a broken fridge

Sams Appliance was the servicer for my home warranty company, they came to fix my washer three times, and the washer still does not work. On their last visit the technician said he moved the springs around and said it should help with the balancing. He needed to order the proper parts since he brought the wrong ones, he disconnected the drain line and did not re attached it, told my wife and I to run a load and see if it worked. Not only did it not work my house also flooded, when notifying the company and requesting their insurance information they denied me any info and would not take responsibility. This company is one of the worst I have seen, been in real estate over 25 years, do not trust them in your home.

THE COST WWAS $75.00 TO FIX MY OVER STOVE TOP LIGHT BULB. THE TECHNICIAN WAS HERE A FEW MONUTES, MOVED THE EXHAUSTE AND THE LIGHT WORKED, PLUS i GAVE HIM A TIP.

I found Sam appliance and repair services on Google. I was able to schedule same day repair and they followed the timeframe they set. The technician was professional and efficient. My washer which I have not serviced in 9 years was repaired in less than 30 minutes. Excellent service 👏
