We made the right call. We reached out to their 24 hour hotline and heard back from a tech within five minutes. After the first call we were able to communicate over text and honestly I was surprised by how easy everything was to arrange. They showed up when they said they would, no crazy long service window. They also came with the right parts the first time and didn't have to leave and go back to the store. Something they did really well is that they were so stinking clean. They didn't leave a mess behind at all. And suddenly, everything was back to normal and we had hot water again.

I highly recommend Active Plumbing! They came out on Saturday afternoon to provide an estimate, and by Monday they had started and completed the repair. I was especially impressed with how quickly and efficiently everything was handled. Justin was involved throughout the entire process and was incredibly responsive to all of my questions and phone calls. He even threw in a little extra for me, which I really appreciated and felt was above and beyond. Mark was so friendly, professional, and did excellent work with his crew. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, responsive, and clearly took pride in their work. I’m so happy I found Active Plumbing. They made a very stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciate their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!

Perfect service. I spoke to Justin about a suspected hidden leak. He gave me a time frame for arrival, and estimated cost.He sent Mark out the following am. Mark found the spot right away, but still did a diligent search inside and outside.very happy with the service

Active Plumbing came to our rescue! We had a gas leak, and the gas company had to shut off our gas. I had no idea what to do, didn’t understand the process, and honestly didn’t know where to turn. Southwest Gas had a list of recommended vendors on their website, so I called three different companies. Active Plumbing was the last company I called, and they immediately stood out, not only because of the price, but because of their communication. I explained what had happened, and they took the time to break down the entire process for me, including what needed to be inspected first before anything could even be repaired. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel dumb for not knowing how the process worked, which I really appreciated. They walked me through the different possibilities, explained why the pricing was structured the way it was, and told me exactly what would happen once the leak was located. After we hired them, they found the leak and contacted us with a quote before moving forward with the repair. They stayed in communication throughout the entire job, answered all of my questions, and even provided photos of the completed work afterward. The owner, Eddie, was incredibly helpful throughout the whole experience. What started as a stressful situation ended up feeling much more manageable because of how well they communicated and explained everything. I would absolutely recommend Active Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumbing company that is knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely helpful!
