Fixed Rate Locksmith

Great experience from start to finish! He was quick to respond, showed up when he said he would, and was incredibly easy to work with. He also went above and beyond when he came to our house to look at an older lock on our fridge. He could have easily charged us for the visit, but instead told us the lock was simply too old and not to worry about it, and didn’t charge us anything. That kind of honesty and customer service really stands out. I would definitely call him again and highly recommend!

Needed a locksmith and found Fixed Rate Locksmith. The owner, Orr, showed up exactly when he said he would, which honestly doesn't happen much with contractors anymore. He got right to work and had it done quickly with no issues. Pricing was fair and he was upfront about it. No surprise charges at the end. Good to know he also does car work. And he seems to know a lot of people in the trades, so if you need someone for other stuff around the house he can probably point you to somebody good. I've saved his number and I'll be calling him again. Highly recommend.
