I was traveling to Las Vegas and spent four days trying to book a reservation for two people via email, as suggested, but they never replied; they also didn't answer the phone when I called. Customer service is completely non-existent. I sent multiple emails when I saw there was no response, yet I never heard back. I know they received the emails because I got an automated message stating that my request had been received and was being processed, and that a reply would follow—but that never happened.

We just left this place that we honestly just bumped into our way through the Venetian. Ashley and Gabino were not only kind and great during the service they were also super helpful. So far we had visited a few bars in different hotels and this place was by far our best experience. Great drinks and great atmosphere plus amazing staff makes a place.
