Hakkasan Restaurant Las Vegas

Didn’t get to try the place- they canceled my family’s reservation 1.5 days before… since my youngest kid’s fave food in the world is dim sum, we were really looking forward to this experience during our family trip to Vegas. Unimpressed to have a long-held reservation cancelled on this short notice for what the woman on the phone only briefly explained as “kitchen issues… I do understand that sometimes uncontrollable things happen, but will def. not do them the favor of giving them my biz again in the future after this. Whatever situation caused you temporarily close def. earned you this one-star review. 🤷🏻✌🏻

We had booked a table at this restaurant for New Year's Eve. No waiting, and a very warm welcome from the staff. It's hard to describe a meal that was almost perfect. The dishes were refined, full of flavor, but sometimes the portions were small; we would have liked more generous portions, it was so delicious. We had a wonderful meal and were able to start the new year with our taste buds delighted.

Restaurant cancelled my reservation I had for tomorrow.

They have called us day of to cancel a reservation, offering a gift card. The gift card was never provided, we rescheduled anyway after hearing how great the food is. They called us cancelling again citing the same “system issues” more than two weeks after the first cancelled reservation. I was very excited to try this place and am appalled at the service/cancelled reservations.

Visted while on holiday with a party of 7. Cannot fault the service and the atmosphere was really nice, just felt the food was a little overrated given the price.
