in the last weekThis it the tucked away gem that I never thought I'd be writing a review about. The staff are some of the most amazingly authentic, caring people I've come across in the restaurant industry at this establishment. Kind, on their game and ambitious to care for your meal and drinks. Some other restaurants in the area deal with "the masses" but I feel like this experience is very one-on-one, consistently across five years worth of visits. The food. It's hard to put into words my feelings about how amazing the food is. I'm only one person, but I tried everything from traditional Chinese dishes to their sushi, and everything is a burst of flavor for your palette. Each dish is unique, fresh and is an adventure, from sweet and savory, to spicy, it's all amazing. The worst thing about Chin Chin, is that I live a plane ride away and can't have it more regularly, if I could...I'd support it locally on a routine basis if it came to my area; it really is that good.
