Shake Shack Las Vegas Premium Outlets

Food would have been a better rating but they gave us cold i mean very cold fries and they were the garlic Parmesan and they tasted horrible!! I understand you are preparing to close but I am a paying customer and should still receive quality food.

The staff at Shake Shack were very friendly and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming, but unfortunately my experience was ruined by my meal. The food I received was undercooked, and after eating it, I became sick and ended up throwing up. I was really disappointed because everything else about the visit was great. I just hope this issue can be addressed so no one else has the same experience.
