2 weeks agoI like the business model of The Joint. You prepay for visits, then just walk in and get adjusted on a first-come first-serve basis. The thing is, with that system, you would expect them to move ’em in/move ‘em out and rely on volume for profit… you would be mistaken. Dr. Steng remembered me from my first visit and is genuinely concerned about my ongoing skeletal health. He asks questions, listens and we discuss how to address the issues. When applying his treatment, he is still communicative, caring and gentle. It is the best of all worlds that delivers convenience, quality treatment and value
