in the last weekWe enjoy dining at Texas Roadhouse! Their bread is yummy & we love their chili. My husband & I had our dinner date over there last night & we had the pleasure of being served by wonderful Jeanie. It's not our first encounter with Jeanie & everytime we have her as our server she makes our time even more enjoyable. The service she gives us consistently excellent! From making sure we have everything we need to giving recommendations on how each dish is different from the other one. She is quick to come back with our requests like extra bread & other condiments. She doesn't forget. She even knew that I was going to ask for an extra peppercorn sauce for my grilled pork! She is efficient while taking her time to get to know us. That is what you call awesome customer service experience! The food was delicious and eventhough it is a little bit noisy, it's a HAPPY noise of people & families eating, talking and enjoying each other's company. When they do their dance, I feel like I'm in another time and place which adds to the memory. We've always had good servers but JEANIE is the best! Keep smiling!
