a week agoOn Friday February 6th, 2026 around 9:00 a.m., I met with two friends who were visiting Las Vegas. They parked their vehicle in the Casa Don Juan parking lot. There were no visible signs indicating that parking was prohibited in that specific spot. While there were a few parking spaces that clearly displayed signs stating “park at your own risk,” the spot where my friends parked had no such signage or warning of any kind. There were no employees present in the parking lot, no active enforcement, and no indication that parking policies were being monitored at that time. They left the car there and went to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant. When we returned, the vehicle was gone. It had simply disappeared. Alarmed and confused, my friends entered Casa Don Juan to ask the manager for information and clarification about what had happened and why the vehicle had been towed, especially given the lack of signage in that parking space. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior was extremely unprofessional, hostile, and aggressive. He was rude, dismissive, slammed the door in our faces, and ultimately asked us to leave the premises without providing any information about where the car had been taken or how it could be retrieved. At one point, he even stated, “You should have eaten here. Get out of the restaurant.” What made the situation even more distressing is that my friends are tourists and were on their way to the airport. Their passports and personal belongings were inside the vehicle, creating immediate fear, panic, and urgency. We begged the manager for basic information or even a phone number we could call. His only response was, “Go read the signs,” despite the fact that there was no sign posted in the parking space where the car had been parked. Instead of receiving guidance, support, or basic human courtesy, we were left feeling helpless, disrespected, and shaken. I also noticed that the servers appeared visibly uncomfortable and afraid to intervene, which created a tense and unwelcoming environment. This incident left a terrible impression on two tourists visiting Las Vegas. It reflects very poorly on the management of the establishment. Unfortunately, the manager closed the door on us before we even had the opportunity to see or identify his name. We were three women, and no one deserves to be treated with hostility, intimidation, or aggression. It is especially disheartening that the manager is Hispanic, as are we, and that such a lack of empathy, respect, and basic decency was shown in this situation. I understand that parking policies may exist and must be enforced, but there is absolutely no justification for the way this situation was handled. Any restaurant can serve food, but how people are treated—especially in moments of stress and vulnerability—is what truly defines an establishment. I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously and that both the manager’s conduct and the parking enforcement procedures are reviewed. No customer or visitor should ever be treated in this manner. As a local resident, this experience has permanently affected my perception of your establishment, and I would not feel comfortable recommending it to friends, family, or visitors.

2 weeks agoI've been here twice. Once in 2012 and then just last month. It's as great as I remembered. The food is incredible and service was good. Really ruins any Mexican food we have up north, because it's so good. My two friends loved it as well. Only thing is parking can be difficult.
