in the last weekTerrible hostess who was very rude. I asked if the seats were free and he said nothing in Vegas is free. I’m asking if the seats are available…and the whole place is empty as it’s 9pm. honestly the rudest service I’ve had in a while. Would not recommend this place

a week agoWe had a reservation at 9 pm. We walked to the door and neither the bouncer or the hostess asked us if we had a reservation. They brought us in the back and the other bouncer told us it was standing room. We told him we had a reservation. He told the hostess and they looked like a deer in headlights. Very unprofessional and had us wait in the actual barbershop because our table was not ready yet. The second bouncer who looked like Jason mamoa let us wait inside and he was super sweet. Once we sat down the waitresses were super sweet and the atmosphere was amazing. The band was great! Did not appreciate the demeanor of the first bouncer and hostesses. They were not nice.

a week agoMy wife and I have been here four times. Tonight we ordered bottle service with a table. $350. When we went to check out, it was $1200 and the manager kicked us out. After paying several people cash for tips, they tried to make us sign paperwork to never come back. I am a Hilton diamond member and Marriott platinum.
