2 months agoFirst time at Picklr Henderson, (we came from California) and it was such an amazing experience. The facility is amazing and clean, staff were so sweet! Especially Grahm who always made sure everything is going amazing and walked around to ask if everything was good. One of the best managers I’ve seen in awhile! This is definitely my go to place whenever I am back in Vegas!!❤️

Fortunately Jen, who took my phone call, spent considerable effort and time dissecting my issue. After taking it upon herself to make several phone calls with the Picklr help desk, the problem was solved. That kind of customer service in today’s marketplace is rare. My gratitude to Jen.
