On November 92025 I bought two pair of Meta glasses. One was the Oakley viper and the other was the Oakley Houston. The Houston never has even powered up. COMPLETELY DEAD. I returned to the store one week later when I returned to Vegas only to find completely brain dead employees led by a worthless manager. Can you imagine? I was told they needed to trouble shoot to try and fix the glasses. Instead of just simply offering me a new pair. What put me over the edge was the manager laughed at me. ZERO STARS on customer service. Total joke!!!!! They told me to call customer service. Unbelievable.
