7 months ago5 star support from Vicki (siq) who was very very kind and tried to resolve the car wash issue however a note to anyone doing the monthly membership that it did not take here. It is very likely an issue with the system and hopefully I can get my money back... Update, --- Rebecca Jasso on their customer care team helped with the refund and even offered coupons for the trouble. One can definitely can trust this company and as a customer you should just make sure to slot in time for both troubleshooting the monthly plan and any potential technical issues in the future. The staff on site for all branches were also very friendly and accommodating. Again, you just need to be patient if there are technical issues.
