in the last weekMy daughter and I stopped in for an early lunch at Flour & Barley because she wanted pizza, and I saw on both Google Reviews and Find Me Gluten Free that they offer gluten-free options. The food itself was delicious. My daughter finished her entire regular pizza in one sitting, and I enjoyed mine so much that I took half back to the hotel to eat later. Unfortunately, within a few hours I began experiencing symptoms of being “glutened.” At first, I assumed it was just travel fatigue, but after eating the second half of my pizza later that day, my symptoms became significantly worse - so severe that I couldn’t leave the hotel. The gluten-free pizza from Flour & Barley was the only thing I had eaten since the night before. For that reason, I’m giving the food 3 stars overall: 5 stars for my daughter’s regular pizza, but 1 star for the gluten-free pizza that made me sick. For context, I understand that cross-contamination is always a possibility, and I can usually tolerate gluten-free food prepared in a non-GF kitchen with only minor symptoms at most. This reaction, however, was much more severe. Besides the food, the server was extremely friendly and attentive (the host maybe wasn't feeling good?), and the restaurant was comfortable.

in the last weekAwesome pizza joint! Wife has celiac disease, so we came here for the gluten-free pizza, and it did not disappoint! Waiter was highly knowledgeable on what was and was not gluten-free, and my wife even got to enjoy a gluten-free beer! Would definitely recommend this place for anybody that has dietary restrictions, especially when it comes to gluten.

a week agoIt was my first time in Las Vegas and I was looking for a good pizza restaurant, the food is very good but the service is very bad, yesterday I was attended by a server who had glasses I don't know what the name was, he only asked for our orders, he brought us water, I asked him for a coke when the food arrives and I never bring it, I never return to the table to ask if we needed anything, he did not serve water again, but to ask for the bill to pay he arrived about 4 times at the table, he was pending how much tip we gave him, I thought he would be nice at the beginning But it was simply a waiter who wanted a good tip and give us bad attention. I would come back for the food but not for the bad service.
